Project Description:  Work amounted to the extension of 3rd Avenue NE and construction of 13th Street NW in Waukon, Iowa.  Construction involved the development of a regional storm water detention basin, installation of a new 10" diameter water main loop, lift station and force main renovation, storm sewer construction and street construction.  Over 5500 square yards of new street are now in place surrounding the new Allamakee School and Community Wellness Center.
