Project Description:  Reconstruction of Clara Avenue from North Franklin Street to Sherman Avenue, all of Oak Court, and South Tama Street from Vine Street to the railroad tracks with full-width PCC paving, including curb and gutter.  Work also included replacing all storm sewer and sanitary sewer.  Since sanitary sewer was also replaced on New Street from Clara Avenue to Prospect Street, New Street was paved between the existing curb and gutter with asphalt.
