Project Description:  Project involved the planning, surveying, design and construction of infrastructure within a 70 acre undeveloped site.  Planning and design involved extensive federal, state and local permitting.  Over 50,000 cubic yards of earth was moved onsite to build roads, a 2.20 acre regional storm water detention facility, and shape commercial lots.
