Project Description:  Kirkwood Community College's new satellite campus located in Monticello, Iowa.  Project entailed construction of a new 33,000 square foot facility on an 8 acre undeveloped site.  Site work amounted to moving over 15,000 cubic yards of earth.  Over 8500 square yards of concrete was poured.  Utilities on site included water and sanitary service lines to the site along with storm sewer collection system.
